Chef Ross will prepare a customized selection of hors d’oeuvre to suit every occasion, meet all of your needs and exceed your expectations.

Suggested Ordering Guide

This is a basic guide and will vary depending upon the duration of the party, start time, number of guests and hors d’oeuvre selected. Hors d’oeuvre are listed in tiers based on complexity and cost of ingredients.

 

 

Pre-dinner Hors d’oeuvre:

(Minimum of 5 dozen)
Duration of party: 1-2 hours
Selection of 3 different Hors d’oeuvre options.
Minimum of 10 guests. 6-8 pieces per guest on average.
(e.g. 10 guests we suggest a min of 60-80 pieces total.)


Afternoon or evening cocktail party:

(Minimum of 8 dozen)
Duration of party: 2-3 hours
Selection of 4 different Hors d’oeuvre options.
Minimum of 10 guests. 8-10 pieces per guest on average.(e.g. 10 guests we suggest a min of 80-100 pieces total.)


Hors d’oeuvre in lieu of dinner

(Minimum of 18 dozen)
Duration of party: 3-4 hours
Selection of 6 different Hors d’oeuvre options.
Minimum of 10 guests. 14-18 pieces per guest on average (e.g. 10 guests we suggest a min of 140-180 pieces total.)
