He will plan creative menu ideas with you and have a variety of selections to offer you and your guests based on preferences and the vibe of the party! Spanish Tapas, Classic American fair and plenty of other outside the box twists international cuisines. Chef embraces the traditions here in the south and enjoys creating southern influenced starters and appetizers. He draws inspiration from everything he has come to love about Charlotte and embraces the culinary history he learns the longer he lives in the Carolinas.

Suggested Ordering Guide

This is a basic guide and will vary depending upon the duration of the party, start time, number of guests and hors d’oeuvre selected.

 

Pre Dinner hors d’oeuvre

Duration of party: 1-2 hours

 We suggest 6-8 pieces per guest on average.(e.g. 10 guests we suggest a min of 60-80 pieces total.)

Afternoon or evening cocktail party:

Duration of party: 2-3 hours

We suggest 8-10 pieces per guest on average.(e.g. 10 guests we suggest a min of 80-100 pieces total.)

Hors d’oeuvre in lieu of dinner

Duration of party: 3-4 hours

We suggest 14-18 pieces per guest on average (e.g. 10 guests we suggest a min of 140-180 pieces total.)
